This page will give you a complete programme guide, as well as a customer price list. These guides can be viewed directly on this page, downloaded and saved, or printed off.

There is also an on-line sales submission form. Following dealer feedback, we have created this form to give you easier access to reporting a sale and requesting a tracking number for audit.

Dealers can also sign up a customer who qualifies for a CSMA membership instantly with the link below. This may help you close a deal in the showroom without the customer having to wait for their new card.

Finally, and for interest only, there is an example of a recent CSMA video showing potential CSMA savings.

Programme Price Guide. The below gives you a complete list of prices for the current Suzuki range. Prices are ‘recommended customer prices’, and include the full military/blue light/CSMA support.

Order Confirmation: To make things easier for the network to report a sale, (and following feedback from the network), we now have a single form for reporting should you wish to do it this way.

    Files in JPG, PNG, or PDF supported. Max size 128MB
  • Max. file size: 128 MB.
    A copy of your new car order form signed by the customer
  • Max. file size: 128 MB.
    DDS/CSMA/Blue Light card or other acceptable membership card
  • Max. file size: 128 MB.
    Driving license, Passport, or military, police, fire, or NHS photo ID card
  • Max. file size: 128 MB.

CSMA Member Sign Up: The below will allow you to sign up a qualifying customer, who falls under the CSMA member criteria. The ‘Promo Code’ is your Suzuki main dealer code, which will then show a £0 cost for a years membership. Griffin will then invoice you as a dealership for the £27 fee. This can be passed onto the customer if you so which. It does give you however an instant membership number, (which is emailed directly to the customer), which enables you to close the customer at their first visit.
