I contacted Griffin through DDS a little wary of how it would be to order a car over the phone. I was instantly proved to be over-concerned about nothing. Andy asked me which city i was in and stated he had dealt with a dealer local to me and would assist me to make contact. He quoted me a very good price and informed me he would speak to the individual at the local showroom.

I went to the showroom that afternoon and the staff stated Andy had already spoken to them and they were happy to honour the price quoted. The new car was ordered for delivery in two weeks. From start to finish I had the best car buying experience ever.

I was under no pressure to buy, unlike at my local dealers, the part exchange for my car was unbelievably good, along with the price of the new car. The deal I believe was unbeatable. All the team I had dealings with treated my very well, and it was also a pleasure to have a few days in sunny Brighton and to meet the team there.

Even when I was half way to Brighton from Durham and realised I’d left my spare keys at home it still wasn’t a problem, Griffin trusted me to forward them on my return home.

I had used another company for the past 4 car purchases, and with this in mind I expected a simple purchase of a new car, but this was not the case and they let me down. In fact I got far more for my money than I was anticipating. From the outset of being given a fair price for my part exchange, and being given unbiased advice on the new car, I was confident I wasn’t dealing with a bunch of cowboys. Very flexible staff, (especially Andy), very willing to accommodate my needs and in possession of a very rare ‘can do’ attitude at all times.
